Our trailer is climate-controlled for maximum comfort and designed for all types of events and weather.

A: We provide mobile gaming entertainment throughout Southeast Georgia, Jacksonville, Florida, and the Low Country of South Carolina. If you’re outside this area, contact us for availability and possible travel/mileage fees.

Q: How do I book an event?
A: You can book directly through our website, call us, or send a message via social media. A deposit is required to secure your date.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Pricing varies based on the length of your event, location, and any add-ons. Contact us for detailed package pricing.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event starts.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you can reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.

Game & Equipment Information

Q: What consoles and games do you offer?
A: Our trailer features Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. We offer a wide variety of games, including sports, racing, battle royale, fighting, and multiplayer party games. Let us know if there are specific games you’d like to include!

Q: Can I bring my own games?
A: Yes! If you have a specific game that you own and want to play, bring it along. Just let us know in advance to ensure compatibility.

Q: How many people can play at once?
A: Up to 24 players can play at one time across our seven 55-inch high-definition TVs. We also offer rotating tournament play for larger groups.

Q: Do you have VR gaming?
A: We currently do not offer VR gaming, but stay tuned for future updates!

Event Setup & Logistics

Q: How much space do you need to park the trailer?
A: We need a flat, level space of at least 50 feet to accommodate the trailer and towing vehicle. A large driveway, parking lot, or safe street parking is ideal.

Q: Do you need access to power?
A: No! Our trailer is fully equipped with a generator that powers all gaming stations.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Our trailer is climate-controlled and weatherproof, so we can operate in most weather conditions. However, extreme conditions (such as heavy storms or severe winds) may require rescheduling.

Q: Can parents or chaperones stay inside the trailer?
A: Yes! We welcome parents and chaperones inside the trailer to supervise. Seating is limited, but you’re always welcome to step in and check things out.

Policies & Safety

Q: Are food and drinks allowed inside the trailer?
A: No food or drinks are allowed inside to keep the equipment clean and safe. However, guests are welcome to enjoy refreshments outside the trailer.

Q: Do you provide supervision?
A: Yes! Our Game Coach will be on-site to assist players, explain rules, and ensure a fun and safe experience. However, children under age 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Do you offer online play?
A: No, not at this time. Stay tuned for updates and availability.

Q: Are the games age-appropriate?
A: We tailor the game selection based on the age group of your event. If you have specific requests regarding game content, let us know when booking.

Q: What are your COVID-19 or hygiene policies?
A: We sanitize all controllers and equipment before and after each event. Hand sanitizer is also available inside the trailer.
